In addition to the full incubation program that V-Lab is running for a small number of high impact entrepreneurs, V-Lab is also running a set of activities which include:

Scaling Frontier Innovation Program - Ongoing

With Support from DFAT through the Scaling Frontier Innovation Program, V-lab is supporting a new cohort of 10 young entrepreneurs to establish or develop their businesses and ideas ! The group will be accompanied during 5 months (Until January 2021 and will receive extensive training and coaching.

 Joint program with the National University of Vanuatu - COMPLETED

In order to promote and support innovation and entrepreneurship amongst student, V-LAb has initiated a program with the National University of Vanuatu.

Under this program, 10 students are being trained and coached  for 4 months on Business development and management.

This program which started in June 2020 is expected to end in September 2020. At the end of the program, the selected students will present before a jury their business ideas and projects. 

 Joint program with the Department of Labour to promote entrepreneurship and innovation amongst seasonal workers -

In order to unleash the entrepreneurial potential of seasonal workers, V-Lab, in partnership with the Department of Labor and with the support of Australian Aid has launched a program aimed at promoting and supporting entrepreneurship amongst seasonal workers.

​ The first phase of the program aimed at documenting with information and data the appetite for entrepreneurship and innovation of seasonal workers. To that end seasonal workers with a business idea / project were asked to fill out online a quick questionnaire providing information on their business. 83 applications were received !

During the second phase of the project (under development), a number of these seasonal workers will be supported to establish and or develop their business !
